Mukesh Kumar Yadav brings over 16 years of extensive experience in the healthcare sector. As the former owner of Chennai Nursing Home and Siliguri City Hospital, he has been actively involved in hospital management, patient care systems, and building strong networks with some of the most respected doctors and medical practitioners across North Bengal.
His deep understanding of hospital operations and patient needs has contributed to the successful treatment and support of hundreds of patients over the years. Known for his hands-on approach and practical expertise, Mukesh has consistently worked towards improving healthcare accessibility and standards in the region.
In addition to his professional achievements, he is widely recognized for his philanthropic efforts and social work. His commitment to serving the community goes beyond business, focusing on making quality healthcare more accessible to those in need.
Amit Kumar Sharma
Co-Founder, Nightingale Hospital & Diagnostics
Amit Kumar Sharma is an entrepreneur driven by a clear purpose—to bring transparency, ethics, and trust back into healthcare in North Bengal. From a young age, he envisioned building a healthcare institution that would challenge the existing gaps in patient care and eliminate unethical practices that often burden families during critical times.
He began his professional journey with Indian Railways as a Station Master, where he developed discipline, responsibility, and a strong work ethic. Over time, he transitioned into the world of finance and entrepreneurship. With over 12 years of experience as a trader, investor, and angel investor, Amit has been actively involved in building and supporting multiple ventures, including in the blockchain and technology space.
Beyond business, he is deeply committed to social impact and philanthropy. His vision for Nightingale Hospital & Diagnostics is not just to provide medical treatment, but to create a system where patients are treated with dignity, honesty, and compassion.
